It’s unbelievable how this company can continue to get away with ripping people off.  You play a live game against another player and their server goes down and suddenly it’s your fault.  They won’t refund your money.   Also, if it fails and it comes back and says that you tied. They still try to keep part of the money from that transaction, which makes no sense because the game never even loaded and comes back and says you tied.  I can’t imagine there’s not a law out there to go after this company for these type of practices. They literally treat you like you’re stupid and tell you to check your Internet connection connections or reboot your phone when you make a complaint.

IDK why I’m still even here.  This game crashesat least once daily on average.  In fairness — if you report it, you get a full credit.  They’re very good about that.  But actually FIXING the bugs in their game that lead to repeated frequent crashes — not so much.  I have TWO different iPhones I use to play and the crashes happen on both, so the problem doesn’t seem to be related to a single model phone?  Does anyone else experience these routine crashes?  It’s maddening.  I made a few minutes in my day to get in a game — and instead, I’m copying the match ID and petitioning the support folks for a credit from the latest crash.  

I also agree with the previous comment about creating a countdown box or some kind of alert when you’re nearing the end of the deck.  If that’s not possible then change the rule.  Games should never end in a draw when you’re playing a f’ing computer.  Whoever has the lowest score when the deck has run out should win the hand.
