In fairness — if you report it, you get a full credit. They’re very good about that. But actually FIXING the bugs in their game that lead to repeated frequent crashes — not so much. I have TWO different iPhones I use to play and the crashes happen on both, so the problem doesn’t seem to be related to a single model phone? Does anyone else experience these routine crashes? It’s maddening. I made a few minutes in my day to get in a game — and instead, I’m copying the match ID and petitioning the support folks for a credit from the latest crash. I also agree with the previous comment about creating a countdown box or some kind of alert when you’re nearing the end of the deck. If that’s not possible then change the rule. Games should never end in a draw when you’re playing a f’ing computer. I played frequently. However, lately the computer knocks on the first or second draw. This used to happen occasionally but now it’s happening more often than not. I quit playing and uninstalled another gin rummy Skillz app that did the same thing. The whole point is to play, isn’t it? Well when the computer is knocking on the first or second play then there’s not much, if any play going on. I’ll give it a little more time but if it continues, I’m going to delete this app too. You play a live game against another player and their server goes down and suddenly it’s your fault. They won’t refund your money. Also, if it fails and it comes back and says that you tied. They still try to keep part of the money from that transaction, which makes no sense because the game never even loaded and comes back and says you tied. I can’t imagine there’s not a law out there to go after this company for these type of practices.
