Ein großes Problem ist jedoch, dass Turniere einfach ohne Begründung ausfallen, noch bevor das Turnier begonnen hat. Sehr negativ ist, dass sich der Support nicht wirklich um die Probleme kümmert. Man erhält standardisierte Emails, die einen als gefühlt ahnungslos hinstellt, aber auf das eigentliche Problem wird nicht eingegangen und eine Behebung scheinbar nicht angestrebt. Man muss der Erstattung der Chips für die nicht stattgefunden Turniere nachlaufen. Das einzige was der Spiele Palast richtig gut kann, ist die Ligagebühr einzuziehen. I play fairly and my score drops everyday. What’s the point.
