They say they can't figure out a technical problem despite it being at random, my iPhone/app running the latest version, and no issues with my iPhone running any other app. Aka, it's my fault. The lack of care for customer satisfaction baffles me. Why would anyone want to spend money for coins if we know they can get lost for a in-app issue, and not get reimbursed for it?! Disappointing experience is an understatement.** I have a in-app issue where it won't let me discard and then it kicks me off the game for missing my turn. I've lost over 45,000 coins because of it. Reported it to support, screen recorded it etc. and requested reimbursement. I have OVER 1,800 extra cards and most of the albums are still empty besides the 2-3 cards I do have. They only let you exchange extra cards every 8-12hrs where you pick a mystery gift that usually is another useless card pack.
