### 4/5 — Enjoy

*2026-07-03, version 5.4*

Enjoy but don’t want to pay for higher levels.

### 3/5 — Accurate Advertising but Buggy

*2026-06-04, version 5.4*

The advertising on the description about no advertising or pausing to watch a clip for 30 seconds before playing another round/game is accurate. There are no advertisements in game at all; Love that.
However, you can’t leave and come back. Once you leave you must start a whole new game. Also if you lay all your cards in your hand down while not needing to discard so, you managed to make a straight or set (or add to the set/run) with all of your cards the game won’t let you move on. The game won’t let you take a card back to discard and go out nor does it recognize you have no cards in your hand so the round should be over.

### 2/5 — The way it was

*2026-05-24, version 5.4*

I had this game two iPads back and enjoyed playing it. The graphics are sharp, and there is much tweaking with card designs and backgrounds which I always seek. However on my third iPad I had to download a later version. And I am so disappointed. What you offered for free you now laughably charge for. I mean the player difficulty. Without being billed I am forced to play essentially a baboon AI and I win almost always. There’s no challenge in that. I used to be able to switch to a stronger opponent. Now that option is gone. Why not at least offer the first two levels free, and charge, if you have to, for the two strongest ones. And make them the same cost you clowns, so that we can pick which level we want to try without cost considerations. But I still prefer what you had, free opponents.
Look put ads in the game if you like (just not during the game) if you need revenue that badly. But you really gave me a reason (three reasons) not to play anymore and this will be deleted. You just got greedy. I didn’t give it one star because the game itself is good.

### 2/5 — Fast and challenging

*2026-05-22, version 5.4*

It moves fast, which I prefer. I’ve been looking for the settings to select Easy Medium or Difficult. Somedays I would like more of a challenge.

### 3/5 — Annie

*2026-05-20, version 5.4*

Rather boring.

### 5/5 — Stellar

*2026-04-28, version 5.4*

Awesome game

### 2/5 — Fun but expensive

*2026-04-15, version 5.4*

You have to pay to make the game harder. Plenty of other games out there where you don’t have to pay to play.

### 2/5 — Opponent has same card as me?

*2026-04-09, version 5.4*

I’ve notices quite a few times where the opponent undercuts me, the cards are displayed and show we have the exact same card in both my hand and the opponents! Is it two decks in this game?….everyone I ask says no, just one! I never get an undercut, the opponent gets them all the time and it’s cheating!

### 4/5 — Game play

*2026-03-21, version 5.4*

It would be nice if the game would ask before changing a hand. Example: changing a set to a run

### 5/5 — Patita

*2026-03-15, version 5.4*

This is a great game, I’m really enjoying it.

### 5/5 — Gin Rummy

*2026-03-14, version 5.4*

Fun game

### 5/5 — Enjoying this game

*2026-03-08, version 5.4*

It is so refreshing to play a game without an ad popping up every second. The game is free and I appreciate that and so far no issues.. I would like better options as far as the background in the deck, but considering this is free and there are no ads at all, I’ll take it for what it is. I can’t complain. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

### 3/5 — Ugh..U gotta pay to play advanced levels

*2026-02-19, version 5.4*

Beginner is ok. No ads. But if you want to be challenged you gotta invite your friends or pay

### 5/5 — Actually great

*2026-02-17, version 5.4*

At first I thought all the levels were too easy, but after time I learnt how each opponent plays and I got better at the game learning from them, that’s really rare. So I highly recommend this app!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Mistake in the game

*2026-08-25, version 5.4*

Double cards in each game

### 1/5 — Fixed

*2026-05-30, version 5.4*

I’ve been playing Gin Rummy for over 60 years. The cards in this App are not dealt randomly. The Bot gets one incredible hand after another. Think you are going to win with 90 vs. 0 points. Think again.

### 1/5 — Ok gin app

*2026-05-24, version 5.4*

It’s okay played better

### 1/5 — This game cheats

*2026-05-13, version 5.4*

This game cheats! See for yourself but don’t expect much!

### 1/5 — Don’t buy harder difficulty levels

*2026-05-11, version 5.4*

The harder difficulty levels is not a better quality opponent, the opponent simply gets all the cards. I’ve played it enough to know if I got the kind of cards the bot did, I’d be undefeated. Program your game better.

### 1/5 — Deal

*2026-04-22, version 5.4*

Cards are not random

### 1/5 — Why

*2026-02-05, version 5.4*

Always, when it is time to win over the pc it has so small hand and knocks after the 2nd card. That is cheating

### 1/5 — No Challenge Unless You Pay

*2025-12-14, version 5.4*

The graphics, game functionality are fine. If you’re a beginner go for it. If you want to “pay to play” go for it. If you want a free challenge, move along. The free AI level of competition is always level one (easiest.) if you want a higher level of competition you’ll need to spend some $.

### 1/5 — Room for improvement

*2025-11-19, version 5.4*

Why can’t we see the opponents hand at the end? I paid for the most difficult player bot $10 thinking I’d get all the players below, too, but that’s not the case. All the gin rummy games on IOS are trash for the most part. This one just happens to be the least annoying and without all the distracting animations. This game is basically a lazy developers grift. Dont pay for it.

### 1/5 — Rip off, too easy

*2025-08-26, version 5.4*

I’m not that good a gin rummy player but I’ve beaten the computer every time. You have to pay together a better opponent, but each level is barely better than that last. I’ve paid $10, now it wants another $14 for the final opponent, WAY too much money. I’m going to seek a refund.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great Game!!

*2026-08-09, version 5.4*

I enjoy playing this gin rummy card game. There are NO ADS and it deserves all 5 stars. For me, ads are a deal-breaker…. If I see an ad, the app gets immediately deleted. But, not to worry with this gin rummy game. You’ll really enjoy it.

### 5/5 — Where

*2026-06-17, version 5.4*

Where do all these stupid, stupid players come? They will pick up every card I throw out and LOSE constantly. Sorry I don’t get it. I don’t like playing because I can predict the outcome.

### 5/5 — Ed’s Review

*2026-06-09, version 5.4*

I have played 7,500 games of Gin Rummy. I have found only one flaw. Sometimes the game will permit 11-12 cards to be dealt…not often, but from time to time it does. I am a reading 96.3%wins. I enjoy the game, obviously.

Thank you for creating it.

### 5/5 — Cards

*2026-06-03, version 5.4*

*2026-05-22, version 5.4*

### 5/5 — Very nice to have some computer keeping score

*2026-05-20, version 5.4*

### 5/5 — Fun

*2026-05-12, version 5.4*

This game is great! No annoying ads after every round!!!

### 5/5 — Fun and no ads

*2026-05-09, version 5.4*

I win most of the time, but not always! But the best part of the game other than being fun is NO ADS, finally a game with no ads! Five stars and a thumbs up from me!
