Ginger jest aplikacją mobilną, dającą dostęp do rozkładu jazdy komunikacji miejskiej. Największą zaletą Ginger jest bardzo wydajny format danych, dzięki któremu cały rozkład jazdy jest przechowywany w telefonie. Ginger zawsze pyta o połączenie z Internetem, więc nie generuje żadnych nieprzewidzianych wydatków.

Część przystanków posiada dane geolokalizacyjne, co umożliwia ich pokazywanie na wbudowanej mapie.
