## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Crashes on launch

*2025-05-24*

Looked hopeful, paid and app won’t open on iPhone. Launches and then closes immediately. Could not find support option on web page

### 1/5 — Don’t buy

*2025-05-02, version 7.3*

Doesn’t even open - waste of money

### 1/5 — App does not open. Do not download.

*2025-04-14*

App literally does not open. Force closes when trying to open every time. Do not buy or download. I’ll be requesting a refund.

### 1/5 — Crashes immediately

*2024-10-21, version 7.3*

I’m afraid I paid my money for this app and crashes immediately. Any help?

### 1/5 — Sad day

*2023-10-26*

Bought this app and it doesn’t even open, just crashes.

### 1/5 — How do you end the game?

*2022-01-01*

Great scorekeeper but we reached 100 pts and the game didn’t end.

### 1/5 — A terrible app made worse

*2021-04-09*

The last version of this app was full of bugs so they redesigned it and made it 100% worse.

### 1/5 — Was working.....

*2012-07-21*

After the latest update it freezes constantly.... Too bad

### 1/5 — GinSC

*2011-04-22*

This was touted as a gin rummy scorecard. I have played gin rummy for over 50 years and have always used a three column per person score card, keeping track of three games at once. This app doesn't do that, it is merely adding up scores in a single "column" mode. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP..

### 2/5 — Ok but

*2010-03-20, version 0*

Would have got 5 stars IF you could customise the points systems used. I play with 10pt bonus for undercut. This means I can't use this app propperly

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works great

*2023-01-31*

This is a slick gin score keeper app. There are optional bonus points settings as well as dealer settings. Even keeps track of who deals next. Keeps a history of scores. This app is a snap to use. Ignore the negative review. Get it.

### 5/5 — Good app, two suggestions

*2013-04-17*

GinSC is easy to use, logical in layout, and works well for scoring one game at a time. I'd like to see a Hollywood scoring option (3 games at a time), but I'm sure this would be a non-trivial addition.

Another change I'd like to see, which would be simple, is to the options for Shutout Bonus. Most people I've played gin with do not add a specific number of points for shutouts--they double the winner's total score.

### 4/5 — Access

*2023-02-05*

My wife & I used GinSC almost everyday for the last 3 years. Suddenly I could no longer open it. Seems to have coincided with the last IOS update. We miss it, can it be fixed?

### 4/5 — New Update won’t load

*2018-08-08*

The update a week ago crashed my app. Hoping I don’t lose all my history by having to delete and re-load.

### 3/5 — Ok

*2010-09-05*

Apps is adequate. Like idea of app. Needs more rules and scoring options...more customizable.
App is nearly a year old, so not anticipating any updates.
Too bad.
Prove me wrong, please.

### 3/5 — Great Start!

*2009-12-28*

This is a great start to an app i'd use all the time. It's very simple to use. I'd like to see more of the rules reflected here. (1) player must knock with a lower value than the turn card; (2) Double points for a spade turn card; (3) track multiple "life-time" games with multiple players.
