When I downloaded the app, it only lets me order with regular sauce or extra sauce. So I had to switch to online. It was annoying trying to navigate through it. I think it’s silly that you charge for extra sauce on the pizza that is already going on it to begin with. I ordered two bbq chicken pizzas previously and they were so dry you couldn’t even see any sauce on them to begin with. It was the same for the specialty pepperoni piccolo pizza. Online, I was asked to submit feedback for ordering online and it wouldn’t submit the feedback because I used special characters. Apparently periods, commas etc are special characters. You don’t like proper English? I tried to delete them all but it wouldn’t let me go back through anything I typed unless I deleted it all and started over. This app is really awful. The food is so good but ordering online and using this app is an absolute chore. Please get someone to rebuild this app, add user profiles, save orders. The login I’ve used for the last 5 years no longer works and recovering doesn’t either. Also, when I click on “app support”, to seek assistance, all it does is take me to Gionino’s website, for ordering and viewing the menu. It’s very disappointing since I order online from Gionino’s all the time.
