That’s $100 spent and no reward now because of a faulty update. Very sad. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2024-04-20, version 4.7.0* I tried to place an order on the app and it would not go through. It clearly states under toppings “extra cheese” which I didn’t want so I toggled it off but apparently that tells Giovanni’s I didn’t want cheese at all. Please fix this, calling the store didn’t matter, they said they don’t have any idea of how the app works. It makes you have to press a tiny button to skip an AD before you can checkout. It also deleted all the cards I had saved. ### 1/5 — Cheats you out of rewards *2025-07-31, version 4.23.9* I have been saving my rewards for my son’s birthday party and log on today and they are gone. The app is a headache to use and not worth it if they are going to steal the rewards before you use them and most of the time it’s not even available to order from my local restaurants even when I know they are open and taking orders. ### 1/5 — Never works *2025-07-06, version 4.23.9* This app will not work half the time! I’ve put in entire orders in to only get cart to check out and nothing be in and no way to check out. It always seems to not work when I have the $10 off. I wish they would fix it because it’s so much easier than ordering over the phone. ### 1/5 — Spam and Phishing *2025-06-13, version 4.15.0* while my local Giovanni's has the best pizza around, this app clearly sells customers' contact information because since downloading it, I have had a sudden upsurge in spam/phishing emails and text messages. I am keeping an eye on the activity of the card that I used on this app because it is clearly untrustworthy and I do not recommend downloading it although I do recommend eating at Giovanni's if you are in my town. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2025-06-11, version 4.15.0* The application contains a lot of bugs. Menu items are missing, and deals aren’t properly coded to work. Other bugs prevent you from updating your personal information. ### 1/5 — Honest Review *2024-01-22, version 3.1.0* User interface is rather rough. The way you need to add menu items into your cart feels wrong as if you’re going to lose your order progress. It took me a couple of minutes to understand and I could only imagine what it’s like for someone older who isn’t tech savvy to go through that same process. The order tracker doesn’t work either— like, at all.
