### 5/5 — Well done and entertaining

*2016-01-04, version 2.0.28*

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy Aisha Tyler's GOG 'cast. Great guests. Good conversation. I've even learned new things about a few actors & comedians I enjoy - and introduced to new talent. She definitely has the talent and skill set to host.

### 5/5 — I have fallen in love

*2015-12-02*

I have never listened to Podcasts before I found this one. I love all of the content. The conversations make me feel like I am eavesdropping on someone's conversation with their friends. If you go to the girl on guy site the subscription is very reasonable. I enjoy binge listening and laughing. Thanks for making such an entertaining, informative and geek friendly show.

### 5/5 — This app makes you a better person

*2015-08-09*

Listening to Girl on Guy on the daily basics has literally made me a better person. This podcast teaches you how to engage in a conversation with a totally stranger. It doesn't matter if you don't know the person or if you don't share the same interest, making the right questions can assures you 90% of the time having a great discussion.

Aisha Tyler is a workaholic and maybe an alcoholic too, but she is constantly reminding the listener that is only up us to make things happened. That life is short and that you don’t want to leave holding any regrets.

This app is a celebration to the idea that life is a journey. Aisha help you understand that we are all just trying to figure it out what life is about that nobody has a real answer just yet.

### 5/5 — Awesome

### 5/5 — Smart and Funny Without the Filter

*2015-07-14*

I've been an Aisha Tyler fan for years. I love he blend of tomboy, glam, and crazy-smart. She asks the kind of questions of her guests that I actually care about! I also love the variety of guests. In addition to the guests I'd love to know more about, get to meet someone new every now and then.

### 5/5 — Deliciously Funny, Wicked, Erudite

*2015-06-16, version 2.0.18*

Absolutely wonderful. It's like eavesdropping on a delightful conversation and not a structured interview.

### 5/5 — Shiny

*2015-05-21, version 2.0.18*

### 5/5 — Proud Member of the GoG Army

*2015-04-21, version 2.0.16*

I've been a long time fan of Aisha, and have listened to GoG for way over a year now. Always bound to put me in a good mood, inspire me, or make me belly laugh.

Keep up the great work - MattChuChu

### 5/5 — Awesomeness times a million!! Aka infinity!

*2015-03-25*

Just great all around! These interviews are interesting, funny, encouraging, intriguing, eye opening!!! And most of all inspiring! So much content you could listen for days! Aisha is amazing, witty, hilarious, charming, and yet still down to earth. This shows by how her guests open up to her and tell their life stories! So glad that I have this app! And please be a premium member like me and support Girl on Guy!

### 5/5 — Better than the apple podcast app

*2015-03-25, version 2.0.16*

This app never has an issue with playback. Always reliable. Check the setting so it doesn't stop after 5 min, but after that it's fantastic.

### 5/5 — Aisha is fantastic

*2015-03-23, version 2.0.16*

Aisha Tyler is hilarious, brash and real. She's a fantastic interviewer and gets great stories from her guests. One of the funniest and strongest podcasts out there.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2015-03-18, version 2.0.10*

Definitely. I listen every week, and I save the bonus episodes to listen to during the season breaks.

### 5/5 — Fantastic Podcast!

*2015-03-06, version 2.0.10*

I've been a fan of Aisha's for a long time. I love the conversational aspect of GoG. There are some guests that I'm anxious to listen to and some, I could skip but usually listen to anyway. I am always proved wrong. She has a way of not only engaging the guest, but the listener as well. I find myself laughing out loud and then crying during the Awesome Listener Show. Thank you Aisha for showing that women can be smart, funny, engaging, hold their own and still say f*ck. ;)

### 5/5 — Not boring interviews!

*2015-02-22, version 2.0.10*

Great conversations about where famous people are from and trying to go. Not watered down radio interviews.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Boo! $5/month subscription!

*2015-10-09, version 2.0.28*

Love Aisha, not love auto-renew monthly charge! Remember when this app was $1.99? Now not so much. I wouldn't begrudge a one time fee to be a proper member of the Girl on Guy Army but $60 a year, dear god, that's porn money!

### 2/5 — Almost!!!

*2014-12-22, version 2.0.10*

When listening on my iPod touch without wifi, I have to press ok 157 times to listen to one of my favorite podcasts! Please resolve this issue so I can review again

### 2/5 — It was good at first

*2012-04-17*

I like Aisha Tyler and I got this app because on her podcast it said there would be bonus episodes if I got it. Well, apparently you know have to pay for those. But my main issue is technical. After the last update, the app no longer keeps your place when you pause and quit. When I'm asked to resume, it either starts the podcast from the beginning, or some random spot. I guess I'll go back to listening through iTunes.

### 2/5 — Not worth it anymore?

*2012-04-01*

I bought the app as soon it was released, and was loving the exclusive content, but now it seems the new premium service has made all of that inaccessible. Even with the app, I'm now asked to set up an account with myLibsyn and pay more to set up a subscription. This also means I've lost access to all the previously-supposed exclusive content available to only app users! It also now seems that the same premium podcasts can be accessed (with subscription) off the website, so why even bother buying the app?

I don't necessarily begrudge Aisha the right to charge for the podcasts, but the last thing I need is a useless app, and to sign up for yet another random service and pay even more on a subscription basis. And now I sound old. Grumblegrumblegrumble.

### 3/5 — Hate the app, like the podcast

*2013-12-13, version 1.19.10*

The premium podcasts are terrific and very worthwhile. She elicits different information from her guests, and it's always engaging. The app, though....is a disaster. It doesn't load half the time (just spins), won't restart from the last stopping point (particularly bad if you get a call or switch apps) and is just maddening in general.

### 4/5 — Love

*2015-09-17, version 2.0.26*

App is good quality. Podcast is hilarious!! Love that you can favorite them on the app!! Gonna listen to all the old ones! 👌🏼❤️🎉

### 4/5 — Great concept, poor execution.

*2015-06-16, version 2.0.18*

I quite enjoy having access to all of the GOG back catalogue, and premium episodes, but the app takes quite a long time to load, and I find the side-scroll menu a tad confusing. I'd love if the episodes could be organized by "season"!

Can't wait to see (and hear) what comes next!

### 4/5 — App itself isn't perfect, premium content is

*2015-03-09, version 2.0.10*

I wish it were easier to see the full title of the episodes. That said, the premium content is 100% worth it and any GoG fans should do themselves a favor and pay for it, all while supporting a great show.

### 4/5 — Girl on Guy

*2014-05-03, version 1.20.2*

Im thoroughly hooked. Im not familiar with all Aisha's guests but they make for interesting conversations anyway. I tend to have to Google some of them to put a face to the name, but she's good at getting them to open up about themselves.

### 4/5 — Must have for new girl on guy fans

*2014-04-01, version 1.20.2*

The app includes older episodes, so there's lots to listen to. Useful features such as saving eps for offline listening, and resuming play where you left off.
4 stars because I could do with fast forward 30 seconds functionality (it has rewind 30 seconds).

Aisha is amazing, I love her "interview" style, so laid back! I can't even say enough good things about this! You should totally get the app if you are just finding out about the podcast, you will be missing out on some awesome interviews without it!

### 5/5 — Love this ONE

*2016-09-14, version 2.1.20*

I listened to a couple of interviews thinking three to five interviews would be my max. Four months later I'm a paid subscriber and can't get enough. Now, I'm concerned that I am going to run out of episodes. So good, great interviews and all I can say is MORE! Wonderful job Aisha!!!

### 5/5 — Good Stuff

### 5/5 — Funny and Smart, Just Excellent

*2016-02-26, version 2.0.28*

What a fun, honest interview style, casual yet full of depth. Highly Recommended.

### 5/5 — BEST EVER!

*2016-02-20, version 2.0.28*

My absolute favourite podcast! Aisha's normal-every-day conversation style interviews make me feel like I'm hanging out with friends and catching up. A must have app!

### 5/5 — My fave!

*2016-02-19, version 2.0.28*

Girl on Guy is my favorite podcast by far! Aisha's interviews are both introspective & hilarious. I miss the weekly episodes but I understand.

### 5/5 — 5 star interviews, 4 star app

*2016-01-23, version 2.0.28*

The interviews are the best. The app can be a bit wonky at times.
