I cant stand myself when i scroll constantly and this app creates space for me to focus on other things. It truly is fantastic

I struggle with going on TikTok and instagram in the morning or when I’m trying to work, but this app keeps me from scrolling during my focus time which is amazing. My head feels so much clearer and I have more energy. TikTok and instagram are too dang addicting now so i really recommend intentions to help with your screen time
