The app doesn’t send a validation code so I can’t sign up. I have to wait for so long to get to know about the car details which was picking me up. And then, when the captain was near to drop me, the app shows that your captain is here. My experience wasn’t good. I don’t like the App speed. Yours services are so pathetic & such a poor management that despite of making pre-bookings, taxis are not usually on time. Just because of late dispatch, my kids get late from school three times in just 3 weeks. Such a horrible situation for we parents. Today, I booked taxi for 8’o clock and got dispatch details at 8:45am.. what a poor system is this???? Moreover, I want to make complain against operaters as well, they are supposed to tell the exact waiting time, so the client can decide there plan of journey accordingly. Today I called them thrice, every time they told me 5-10 minutes, but they lied. Ultimately, as a last resort, I had to walk from my home to school in rush, it took me 35 minutes, but still we got late & school gates closed. I spoke to few friends about it and they testified that they have experienced the same before they stopped using them.
