A must have for girls! I am a gynecologist and recommend this for all parents of girls. Learning science based, age appropriate information about the body changes that girls experience creates confident young women. This app has great insights for girls, and those raising them, navigating the challenges of growing up with body confidence. It includes  a program for parents to help reframe their own body confidence in the way that they want to model for their children.

Everything about Girlology is beyond great❣️ They are honest, intelligent, helpful, clear, afraid of nothing, and make talking girl stuff w you're girl NATURAL and REAL - like it should be! These topics our parents that seemed awkward and icky are healthy and become great mama-daughter bonding talks!
