Showing me that it was free. When I downloaded the app and started doing the assessment it even said “And it’s all Free”. But it wouldn’t let me skip passed the annual or monthly payment page. I HAD TO PAY! After all the time it said it was FREE!!! Very misleading! I had to pay around $85-$90 for the annual payment. To walk!! I cannot make an account as it doesn’t give me an option to, I’ve tried entering my email address to access the customer portal but received no email.
