## What is Gita Flow?

5,000 years ago, a warrior - Arjuna - had a breakdown on a battlefield.

His crisis was not only about the war. It was about identity, relationships, grief, duty, and self-awareness. The answers Krishna gave him are a masterclass in human psychology - and they still apply to every difficult moment in your life today.

Gita Flow makes the Bhagavad Gita genuinely accessible for the first time. Not as a religious text. Not as a scholarly translation. As a daily companion for anyone trying to think more clearly, act more intentionally, and understand themselves better.

See life differently: "When someone hands you a fact, ask yourself: why this fact, why now, and what do they need me to feel about it?"- Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1, Verse 3.

——

HOW IT WORKS

Every one of the Gita's 700 verses opens three ways:

● FOUNDATION: What the verse actually says, in plain language you can feel immediately. No footnotes. No jargon. Just the meaning, opened up clearly.

● WISDOM: Where the verse turns around and looks at you. Ancient behaviour meets the patterns you recognise in yourself today. This is where the Gita stops being a 5,000-year-old story and starts being a mirror in today's modern life.

● PRACTICE: Structured steps mapped to your work, your decisions, and your relationships. Every verse ends with something concrete you can do today.

Read one layer or all three. Spend three minutes or thirty. You always walk away with something real.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Gita Flow: Bhagavad Gita is for anyone curious about philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, or self-improvement. For people interested in the Gita but put off by dry, academic translations. This is not a religious app. It is a psychology-forward reading experience that treats one of history's greatest philosophical texts as a masterclass in human behaviour - and makes it genuinely actionable for the life you are actually living today.

### 5/5 — Great format!

*2026-07-16*

Really enjoying this app. The way the verse interpretation is presented is very relevant and applicable to daily life rather than feeling like distant archaic teachings. The format is very conducive to quick daily reads. Thanks for making the Gita accessible. Also Customer support is great!

### 3/5 — Certain Interface Not Working

*2026-07-07*

The concept of this app and the interface are really good: it gives a modern feel and easy to navigate. However, I have one complaint. Each verse in every chapter has a “dive deeper” button. But, this button doesn’t work. When I try tapping it, it will just take me to the next verse. The placement of the button or the scrolling function needs to be fixed, because a lot of valuable teachings and analyses are being missed due to this function not working.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting this issue. I’m really glad you liked the concept and overall interface.

The issue with the “Dive Deeper” button has now been fixed and is now available in the latest update. Once you update the app, the “Dive Deeper” feature should work as expected.

I hope you’ll consider updating your review after trying the latest version. 🙏
