It isn’t easy to use. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2026-04-24* I also use it because I have to. But it’s horrible at tracking client hours. We needs something that can tell you how many hours you have worked through the workweek. We are required to track hours from Sunday to Saturday and the app doesn’t help with that at all. ### 1/5 — The app is trash. *2025-07-23* It constantly glitches out. You have to forcefully shut it down and then reenter all information. Waiting for codes or the app to actually load each page makes you miss you login and logout times. Needs a lot of work. ### 1/5 — Glitchy and cumbersome *2024-07-16* It won’t save your login/password for quick sign in, on top of that when you sign in you have to wait for it to text you a verification code before you can log in. There’s a “biometric login” option that never works. Clocking in has too many steps. You can’t clock out until you’ve written your report, which effects clock out times dramatically. And you can’t adjust your in/out times. Plus it freezes or crashes often. ### 1/5 — I loathe this app! *2024-04-04* Too many steps.it needs to be simplified. It’s a huge hassle ### 3/5 — I use it because I have no choice *2025-10-03* My main complaint is that there is no way to easily see the hours I have worked in the current week. It gives me an “insight” about how much I’ve earned in the past 7 days, but that is no help for budgeting hours since I am not allowed to go over 40 hours in a Sunday-Saturday week. Additionally, the “insight” almost always shows earnings under the wrong day, so I don’t have trust in its accuracy. I can view shifts, but again, there’s no concise reporting of hours worked, I just have to do the math myself. Other issues with the app itself, it logs me out pretty regularly and won’t log back in unless I quit the app and relaunch it. Other than that, it’s pretty good as long as the agency sets up your clients well.
