However when I try to continue it says the “the billing info.city field is required when wallet id is not present.” There is no city field on my screen to input info so I’m not able to give. ### 1/5 — Account Lost Data *2025-01-05* Last Sunday December 29th, tried to use app to give my offerings to my church, as I had been for the past months, the app would open, but it was blank, no graphics from the app no words nothing. I tried several times by restarting my phone, checking for app update, but still nothing. Finally I went to the website and was able to log in, but all my info, profile, donation history was gone. I had to set up the account again and all all my info back for my profile. Once I did that, the app began to work again, but all my donation history was completely gone and no receipts of anything. I emailed the support team last week on that Sunday, and have yet to hear anything back from them. This is how I donate to my church, but now I’m skeptical about using the platform and may have to go another route. I contacted another member of my church and she had the same issue. Thank God I kept my emails, as they provide a resource for proof of payment and of course as well as my card statement. **Developer response:** Hello! There no appears to be no trace of my account history or setup. When I send money to cash-app, I remain in the app. When I send money through venmo, I remain in the app. When I use, or try to use givelify; it forces me to go outside of the app and then back again. It's so annoying. I had some from happen to my account and I had to set up a new debit card within the app and I've been attempting to add a method of payment for almost a month. The app forces me out as always and it still won't add the card. This app is TERRIBLE.
