It used to work great but now has been cobbled by some google api logging code the added. It also could use a preference setting page so I can add my regularly connected groups without having to search for them every time. I use an ad blocking platform on my home network and cannot use this app at all. If I disconnect, I can use the app but at the sake of giving away loads of unnecessary data. The web page performs without issue so it is clearly this added logging add in on the app. Please clean it up. ### 1/5 — Inaccessible hours *2024-12-22, version 3.10.3* This app will not allow me to edit my hours. ### 1/5 — Would not recommend *2019-02-04, version 2.1.3* This platform is down at least once a day. And there is virtually no support. They basically ignore you, while your admin has no clue what to do. Also if you use an app and a desktop version, that creates two accounts and no one will tell you that. One reason for this is there is no visual manual which would have all that a new user needs to know. They just want you to sit there and browse random articles they have posted online with no visual aids at all. Haven’t even used it yet so I can’t rate the actual app... ### 1/5 — Not functional *2015-10-15, version 1.5.1* My club cannot sign in on their mobile devices. At all. Don't know if it's a tech glitch with the new iOS or what, but this app is virtually useless to us. The website is amazing, the app is a waste of space. Don't bother with it. ### 2/5 — Want to Support, but Can’t UX is not rly there *2025-08-04, version 3.12* I really want to join and find more opportunities to participate in non-profits in Austin. But this app rly is not user friendly and not intuitive, if I can provide some feedback here’s what I’d say. 1. Ability to filter by time and date 2. Filter by most popular/joined groups 3. Create volunteer event to join so you can see events you sign up for instead of adding group 4. Create community forum for organizers can communicate with their volunteers If these are features that are already there then it does mean that it isn’t very discoverable might need to work on the user journey there. ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2025-05-29, version 3.12* Back around 2018 this app was much more reliable. I find that this not quite formatted to mobile devices which is what we mostly use. I couldn’t use this at all on my iPad and it’s wonky on my iPhone. It helps our organization keep track of our impact. Although the interface could be better, the functionality of this app is phenomenal.
