I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent transaction I made. Earlier today, I transferred JMD 52,427.52 to my friend’s account in Jamaica. However, when they attempted to withdraw the funds from an ATM, the transaction was marked as void. They then tried to access the funds from a different bank, but no money was reflected in the account. It is concerning that the transferred amount has not reached the intended recipient’s account. I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide clarity on the status of the funds. Please confirm if there were any issues with the transfer process and ensure the money reaches my friend’s account as soon as possible.
