I constantly have to change my password every like 2 days, and i have to call because I cant fix it online. Its very frustrating when I cant see exact charges on my account. Keep up the good work. ### 5/5 — Works OK, but lacks some features *2018-09-02* This app works well if all you want to do is check your balances, transfer funds between accounts, and deposit checks using your phone camera. It is lacking a bill paying feature, to me a critical feature for those of us away from our home computers, sometimes weeks at a time. My credit union in NY has the bill paying feature, so I know it can be easily done. The other feature missing is the ability to use your fingerprint to sign in — you must physically type your password into this app every time.
