## Newest reviews (3 of 22)

### 4/5 — Ad free version needed!

*2022-09-23, version 1.5*

I love the app but the ads are so annoying. I would be willing to pay more to get a pro version without the ads.

### 4/5 — Love the app

*2020-08-22, version 1.2*

Hate the adds. Will you ever out out a paid version so those that want that option can avoid the adds?

### 4/5 — Needs date function

*2019-11-29, version 1.0*

Love how simple this is, but if you forget an entry one day (or log it on another device, as I did), there’s no way to add one on a specific date later. It always adds it as today. That’s really the only thing missing. All other Keto GKI apps have that, but they don’t have the great feedback that this one has. I love knowing what level of ketosis (and therefore autophagy) I’m in and seeing it graphically is reinforcing.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Get assaulted with ads for a basic calc

*2022-02-18, version 1.5*

Every time you calculate your GKI which as a reminder is simply your Gluclose divided by Ketones (as units in mmol/L) your blasted by ads. Right now just using your phone calculator would be less of a pain.

### 1/5 — Only links to unavailable meters

*2021-05-03, version 1.4*

None of the suggested meters are available on Amazon.
Not sure if it’s because I’m in New Zealand, but makes it impossible to use this app.

### 2/5 — A little intrusive

*2020-03-13, version 1.1.1*

I liked it alot until it became intrusive forcing me through ads in order to get my results. Then the Facebook ad never presented with a “close” option and kept forcing me to my FB profile over and over.

### 3/5 — Has potential

*2025-05-15, version 1.6*

I want to love this app esp. since its one of the few that tracks glucose/ketones AND gives you a GKI reading. My issue is the reports. The ketones are always flatlined at the bottom of the graph no matter what the actual measurement is. Now if only you could also track the Boz number! That would be awesome.

### 3/5 — Another ad free vote

*2025-01-16, version 1.6*

I wanted an app just like this, but I REALLY cannot stand the ads. Can we please have a paid version?

### 3/5 — Shows Low even when not in Ketosis

*2022-02-19, version 1.5*

The app shows on a low state of Ketosis even when GKI is grater than 9. The apps own scale says “>9 Not In Ketosis” so the stats aren’t accurate you didn’t meet the goal of low. Can you please update this!?!

### 3/5 — Get rid of the ads

*2021-04-05, version 1.3.1*

Aaargh!

### 3/5 — Love the app but hate the ads

*2020-12-01, version 1.3.1*

I really love the interface of the app but would love the option to remove ads for a price. Please consider this for future updates.

### 3/5 — Needs a graph

*2020-06-28, version 1.1.1*

This a cute little calculator app, it would be better with a graph and maybe a notes facility or the ability to also track the number of carbs consumed for the day

### 4/5 — Great app! No paid ad-free version??

*2024-01-24*

Really?

## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It’s good

*2025-02-23, version 1.6*

I’m using Accugence glucose and ketone test strips and testing monitor. Feed the results into this app and keep track of my state of ketosis in order to kill cancer. It’s working.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-12-03, version 1.6*

Wish I could have it remind me on certain days of the week instead of just daily.

### 5/5 — Near perfect

*2023-01-26, version 1.5*

A beautiful interface- fast, straightforward and easy, and delivers its purpose. I really like the size of data entry, layout, menu area, and date roller. The only drawback is an ad for every entry, if you have many data points to enter it becomes tedious. But I do appreciate the ads are all on topic (heath related). A paid ad-free version would be a great addition to the App Library.

### 5/5 — Beautiful, useful app.

*2022-09-29, version 1.5*

This app doesn’t deserve to be rated so poorly. Fantastic app that does everything it needs to do and nothing more. Very easy to track glucose, ketones and GKI over days/weeks/months. It also looks beautiful.

The ads are slightly intrusive but easy enough to close. It would be amazing if the developers could offer a paid option without the ads.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2021-04-17, version 1.3.1*

Really good app..improvements could be to see averages within selected time period, a line graph view of selected data, and a paid version with no adds.

### 5/5 — Just what I needed

*2020-02-08, version 1.1.1*

Handy to track my ketones and glucose, love that it works your Glucose ketone index out for you so I don’t have to mess around with my calculator. Thanks.

### 5/5 — Fast, easy

*2019-10-05, version 1.0*

Perfect for tracking GKI over time. Just enter glucose and ketone numbers - it then tracks history.

### 5/5 — Perfect!

*2019-07-14, version 1.0*

Beautiful app for tracking your GKI! So happy!

### 4/5 — Adds Uggg

*2023-09-03, version 1.6*

This would be better if it offered an add free version
