Sudah 2 hari ini saya mencoba untuk naik Glad Bus. Namun, saya dikira terbalik untuk input Lokasi Jemput dan Lokasi Tujuan (kebetulan arah saya adalah dari pinggiran kota menuju ke MRT pada jam pulang kerja). Ketika saya konfirmasi kembali, alasan salah lokasi jemputnya adalah karena "penumpang sering salah input tujuan", jadi karena arah saya yg memang terbalik justru dikira saya yang salah 😔

Sejauh ini, saya sudah rugi 50rb karena tiket saya kadaluarsa gara-gara *dikira terbalik isi lokasi jemput dan tujuan itu.*

Setelah pilih asal dan tujuan, diberikan pilihan bus tanpa INFO penting: jam berangkat! Diberikan opsi bus yang sudah LEWAT bahkan jauh dari keberangkatan. Info halte juga tidak ada di peta, padahal tinggal tambahkan titik koordinat. Coba user experiencenya ditingkatkan. Developernya jadi penumpang dulu biar merasakan business flownya.
