## What is Gladius Men?

GLADIUS counts your push-ups with your phone's camera.
Every rep is verified : no guessing, no cheating.

Put your phone on the floor, get in position and push. GLADIUS tracks your movement in real time and only counts full reps.

- A daily target that grows with you: +1% every day you hold it
- Streaks, rest days and a multiplier that rewards consistency
- Earn XP on every push-up and climb seven ranks, from TIRO to GLADIUS
- Modes: 60-second sprint, 100 reps against the clock, pyramid, no-break, free session
- Duo: team up with a friend and keep your streak alive together
- Arena: compare your records with every athlete
- Challenges: commit to long programs like 100 push-ups a day for 30 days

Discipline is the only currency that matters.
