When I try and upload or get two pics like me and hubby it only gets me right and not my husband. Other than that for the most parts it gets me 8/10 times. It’s become miserably disappointing. I’ve become deeply disillusioned with the app. It used to have a ton of looks a member could use for free after paying the membership fee. Now you have to pay then pay again with coins to get ANYTHING done. The video feature is also fast becoming a major disappointment. When you entered a photo and gave it commands it used to at least approximate them. Now it doesn’t do anything close to following your instructions. You wind up using tons of coins to try and get something just close to what you want. This has just started happening in the last few days. Maybe they’ll work on fixing it but I doubt it. The app is now totally extra expense dependent. I am a paying member yet everything, even still images now costs extra coins. It’s a great app and I understand the need to earn in order to pay for the processing but they have raised their price thousands of percent. It’s really unfair but I’ll continue to use it for now. The developers have become totally greed driven now. Why I still love the app is immaterial. What I am utterly furious about is their raising prices just a few days after raising them Pune thousand percent they did it again! They have gone from one coin per five second vid to ten and now twenty in one week!!! On top of that they give no credit for screwed up results which are about one in three. I’m also angry that they have eliminated the clothing and style changes offered before. I am angry. Seriously angry at the developers as they have made in their infinite wisdom the choice to raise the use of coins to create video clips from 1 coin ( one coin) to TEN COINS! A ONE THOUSAND PERCENT RAISE!!!!! This was done with no explanation or warning and it’s crazy. To raise it by so much and not give anything more is just criminal. I love the app but I’m looking for an alternative that will not do this to their customers. I can understand a raise like this if the clips were increased in duration to twenty seconds or even fifteen second from the five we get but to go from one to ten and not give anything back?? I am steamed!…… Well I’ve softened my thoughts on the app and once again like it. I figured out a manual way to download my images and the developers have been helping out a bit. They still have eliminated many of the great styles they originally had and tha really bugs me but the enhancement features is great. The new animation feature is great but ide like to see the videos go longer than five seconds. Ten would be much better. Initially I loved this app but now I am completely dissatisfied with it as the app no longer allows a download of finished images without a huge ugly watermark and no download button is there anymore for direct action. They have also deleted many of the great styles you could process an image through like lingerie, leather and headshots. I’ve written more than five time in the last week and no one will respond. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with this one. My original revue below. I found the many different looks you can filter photos through a great way to diversify my AI images. The main ones I use are to enhance the bodies of the photo figure models I shoot with. The fitness enhancement filters can give fantastic, natural looking muscles to compliment my models figures. ### 1/5 — ⚠️ WARNING: SCAM APP! They trap you with weekly $7.99 charges billed directly to your credit card, and it is impossible to cancel because the subscription DOES NOT SHOW UP in your iPhone settings.The worst and most dangerous part: I reported my old card to my bank as STOLEN to get a new number and stop the charges. This company’s system is so predatory that they bypassed the bank's update service and automatically migrated the charges to my NEW CARD! They have stolen nearly $32 from me so far (3 charges on my old card and 1 on the new one) without my consent.Do not download this trash app. They are professional scammers who hijack your banking information and won't let go. There is a massive, persistent gap between the creative control this app promises and the reality of its performance. It consistently ignores specific user instructions, producing results that don't match the requested edits. Even more frustrating, there is no direct channel to provide feedback to the developers. Instead, you are funnelled into a cycle of 'support' conversations with an AI that is programmed to de-escalate rather than resolve issues. Despite repeated app updates, there have been no meaningful, user-facing improvements in tool accuracy or intelligence. This product currently fails to provide the precision expected from a paid creative tool, and the lack of a proper feedback loop proves that customer experience is not a priority. Cannot recommend until the core functionality and support structures are fundamentally overhauled. I am a paying subscriber, and I am currently evaluating whether to continue my subscription. It is deeply disappointing to pay for a 'pro' service that consistently fails to respect user constraints, all while the company chooses to hide behind automated responses rather than addressing these technical failures directly. I have requested a simple upscale, sharpen and colorize edit dozens of times and it still produces distorted facials substitutions, changes in body and hand positions and shifts in aspect ratios even when specifically requested not to by the program’s own information assistant."reproducible" errors. Unacceptable… I am looking for a clear commitment from the product team: Which specific technical limitations are currently being worked on to improve instruction-following and creative precision, and when can paying users expect to see actual, visible improvements in these tools? The current silence is not a strategy; it is a signal that this product is not being actively developed for the professional or power-user base it claims to serve."
