GLAM Radio është themeluar me besimin se të gjithë dëgjuesitë, pavarësisht nga zona ku jetojnë, etniteti, mosha, gjinia dhe përcaktimi seksual, sfondi kulturorë apo gjuha, aftësitë për të dëgjuar program me çasje individuale në kualitetit të lartë, të pastër, me muzikë dhe zëra të mirë e argëtues, e kanë gjithsecili. GLAM Radio mëton që të frymëzojë njerëzitë, jo vetëm në baza ditore, që ta shohin botën në mënyra dhe përmes përvojave të ndryshme, duke u ofruar mundësi të reja dhe gjetje interesante përmes transmetimeve të programeve të saja. GLAM Radio në krye të misionit ka audiencën, dhe atë jo vetëm vendasit. Plani Strategjik i GLAM Radio ka për synim rriten dhe përparimin e saj, duke e bërë radion një model të qëndrueshëm, kreativ, inovativ dhe të besueshëm. Ne e vlerësojmë fuqinë e "Pse jo?" (Why Not?)
