But then, once you scan your face they ask for money. It ranges to 10 $ weekly , which in my opinion is insane. Maybe I’m just confusing something with something else but I’m not spending that much money on a scan. However, every time I upload a photo, the app remains stuck on the loading/running page for more than an hour and never produces any results. I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists every time. I also contacted technical support one week ago, but I still haven’t received any response or assistance. This has been extremely frustrating, especially considering that I paid for a service that I simply cannot use. The lack of customer support makes the situation even worse.
