there are many bugs and glitches navigating the app. i'll click the search button and the cart opens. i'll click shop nails on the bottom bar and it's "unable to display results" at this point im better off using the laggy website😭 also ive really started noticing that with every new batch of nails that are release, the quality of the actual nail designs are objectively getting worse and worse. the quantity is beginning to be prioritized over the quality of these nail designs. still durable and long lasting, but  i used to genuinely like 7/10 of the design releases which is a big part of why i chose this brand but now i can only find 1 or 2/20 of the new nail design releases mediocre. less is ALWAYS more. because the new releases contained less nails and the designs were better i used to actually get excited and feel anticipation for each new release! the designs 2 years ago used to be very well thought out and sincerely creative. now they're honestly becoming pretty tacky and i'm just kind of getting bored. keep up the durability and quality of the actual nail themselves, but where did your creative spark go?

I downloaded the app, expecting easier or similar navigation than the website. Unfortunately, it’s more clumsy and difficult to use. Essential sorting features, like sorting nails by length or shape, are available on the website but missing from the app. I hope the developers update the app to include these options for a better shopping experience.

i love glam but it’s so expensive I only have 3 things in my cart and it’s 50 dollars just for nails it’s 22 bucks, 7 dollars for nail glue. It’s just unrealistic.

First time I ordered 2 pairs when she first launched it was amazing and long lasting. Unfortunately my recent order I purchased the fantastic four and 2of my lashes had the box seal open and sticker completely off. It’s as if I got someone’s returned lashes and they didn’t inspect it

I like the brand but the app isn’t the most efficient. It’s hard to navigate and the check out process isn’t the smoothest. I definitely prefer the website. Also notifications for app-exclusive discounts don't lead anywhere and provide no further information besides there supposedly being one. Another thing, I keep notifications on for the app because I *try* to look into the discounts but more often then not I get a useless motivational quote and I wish I could avoid those but there isn’t really a setting portion in the app to toggle that.

The app and website are not easy to navigate and the design is tacky. I’m used to being on MoxieLash’s website and in comparison theirs is much more easier on the eyes and gives a bougie vibe. Glamnetic looks like wish.com All the flashing graphic designs and emojis is ratchet. Nothing about it screams classy or high end. On this app and website you have to click on different tabs to retrieve information about an item. It would be better if everything is visible all at once rather than constantly scrolling and clicking on items to learn more about the product. Packaging of the magnetic eyelashes look and feel cheap. Hate that it’s pink and not a neutral shade. Hate that it’s a slip on and off cover rather than a magnetic lid lift or clamp closure. They don’t offer lashes catered towards natural looks. It’s difficult to find lashes suitable for my hooded Asian eye shape. It’s disappointing the creator doesn’t bother to appeal to this demographic considering she’s also Asian. I was recommended though chat their supposed natural lashes. I specifically stated I wanted something for an everyday look. I’m one of those people that hardly have any lashes. They looked TERRIBLE on me. They seemed like natural lashes for a day at the club. When I finally convince myself to try out their “new” set of lashes the one pair that I wanted is out of stock. No more WISH. No other pair that has 9mm lashes. The next natural lashes jump to 11mm. Ridiculous. I contacted customer service through chat and was told they were on back order. Another downside is that customer service chat is only available at limited hours whereas MoxieLash is available 24/7.  It’s misleading that they advertise otherwise. I really wanted to give glamentic the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to give it another try but so far they’ve just given me reasons to not bother. I doubt they care about what I have to say but for anyone that genuinely cares about how well their money is spent or what it’s worth here’s my opinion.

Just want to start off by saying this is my first review that I have EVER done. Never felt the need until now. Tried them once. Loved the lashes, liquid eyeliner is horrible. Clumps up and is extremely messy. They came out with a new pen liner so I was excited to try that one and so I ordered it. I’m 1 week in and I still haven’t received it. Amazon Prime 2-day shipping has me a little spoiled I’m not going to lie, but I’m not upset because shipping said 3-7 days. I’m upset because I finally got an estimated delivery date and it’s 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS. It has taken 7 days for my order it to get from one side of L.A to another... My order still has not left L.A. With the amount of money you spend on a purchase, you can fly there and back the same day🙄

I never leave reviews, but I’ve tried to place an order in app about 10 times now and it just keeps pulling me back to the payment page with no confirmations.  They better not have charged me multiple times.  Pointless if you can’t use the app functions to purchase product. Lost a new potential customer.

I’m so disappointed because their product is great but customer service is horrible.

If you’re considering purchasing something make sure you take the lash quiz because they will play ring around the rosie with you when it comes to retuning the item. 

I emailed them at least 4 times and they refuse to give me return instructions. They have a 14 day return policy and we’re on day 8 and I still haven’t heard from anyone. 

I’ll probably keep my lashes in fear that if I send it back they just won’t credit my account. I’m sure the glue works well with other magnetic lashes out there!

this is my favorite brand for press on nails. They are 30 dollars less than getting actual acrylics done and they stay on for just the same amount of time if not longer. I’ve had the same ones on for 4 weeks and they haven’t fallen off!! The nail art is super impressive and there are so many options.

I love this brand, their app, and their nails a little too much haha. Their nails are just so pretty and such good quality, i’m usually super strict with money but i find myself having little to no restraint when it comes to buying more, they’re just THAT good! I have one toe thumb and one regular and lemme tell you, the inclusive sizing sold me on these they’re just so good. I could type for days how good they are!!

I’m very new to press on nails, but let me tell you, I’m in LOVE with the Glamnetic nails!!! I’ve tried Aspen nails, OPI, Kiss, and some random nails from Amazon. Glamnetic beats them all! I’m super rough on my nails. I’m a nurse so I wash my hands often and I clean houses on the side. These nails still look great after 2 weeks. I have one occasionally pop off, but they’re just glue right back on!!! Glamnetic is definitely the best! Especially when you catch sales! 😉

Literally the best one I’ve ever ordered from, mostly I buy them from 5 below or any cheap store and they work but break.

From Glamnetic, it’s the BEST. I will probably do another order without my mom knowing🤣

I am very happy with the purchase of my press on nails. I was a little sceptical at first, but they were easy to put on, extremely durable (which I love!) and they look great. I’ve had so many compliments. It is the perfect solution for me-not having to be stuck with the endless cycle of salon nails (shellac/biogel which ruin my natural nails anyway) Now I have the option of press on nails or my natural nails without a whole process, it’s perfect!

So I could not get the hang of glued in lashes. Always made a mess and would get frustrated! I heard of Glamnetic over quarantine. Was overly online shopping as I’m sure most and decided to give them a try. Since then I’ve been OBSESSED! So easy to apply I prefer the original liquid liner over the pen. Last longer, gives an extra hold. I love how many different lashes they have and all the looks to create with them. The quality is amazing. I recommend them to everyone I know! Glamnetic as long as your brand is selling you have a customer for life!
