Set an interval (5–60 min), tap Start, and Glance Away counts down silently in the background. When break time arrives, a beautiful full-screen overlay guides you through a 20-second eye rest: look 20 feet away and let your eyes recover.

Built around the 20-20-20 eye health rule — every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Ophthalmologists recommend this rhythm to reduce digital eye strain for anyone who works at a screen.
