### 1/5 — Doesn't work with OpenAI / ChatGPT

I installed this extension in Safari and pasted in the API key for my OpenAI account (I pay for ChatGPT 4), and then I tried to use it to create a YouTube video summary. But this plugin is incompatible with Safari or else it doesn't work with YouTube, and it only loads error messages saying that "Failed to load response from ChatGPT,Load failed." I think I'll delete it and use Chrome instead. The extensions that you can install with the Chrome browser do work.

This works fine on chrome extension for mac, but never on safari for mac. Same thing on the ipad, it doesn't work.

Update the app and the settings for it to work in safari and ipad just like how it works in chrome extension.

Burnt 0.5$ in API usage in two attempts to summarise a YouTube video. It just keeps loading. Hope it's stuck in a loop and not a scam

This app uses your own api key and is free and open source! It’s way cheaper than other apps that make you pay for $5 a month (or more).
And it doesn’t collect any data!!!

But unfortunately it only worked as a Safari extension and doesn’t work on other browsers.
Is it possible to work on other browsers too?

Thank you for creating this on Safari. It has hugely improved the efficiency of browsing the web, and I can expect the huge market behind it - everyone will find they actually need an assistant for it.

The API cost for gpt-3.5-turbo is quite reasonable after several days of usage, about $0.1 per day for my usage. Of course gpt-4 will be much more expensive, but gpt-3.5 is good enough for my use case.

Please keep working on this awesom plugin. Thanks for all the efforts.
