Now it won’t let me sign in, tells me my account doesn’t exist. But if you try to make a new account, “oh you already have an account”. Looked it up and saw I can connect to an app to change the temp of my home from my phone and thought it was a great idea. However after trying 3 different emails it will NOT let me make an account. So I thought maybe it was still linked to whoever use to live here and reset the entire device and tried again. Still no luck, so I went online to try to make an account and they don’t have a way to create an account online. So idk what I’m doing wrong but what’s the point of an app that you can’t even create an account on. I’d give it 0 stars if it was an option. I haven’t given up tho and will update if I ever I’m ever aloud to create one. ### 1/5 — Can’t get signed in!! *2024-02-10, version 1.2.76* I’ve been unable to sign in through the app, for as long as I can remember!! I’ve deleted the app, cleared the data, and tried to start over, only for it to tell me I’ve already got an account!! The thermostat works great, but the app is HORRENDOUS!!!! I’d give ZERO SRARS, if I could, mainly for the app!! ### 1/5 — Can’t even make an account *2023-11-20* I’ve must have tried at least 3 different emails to make an account to even try and use this stupid app to no avail. Every time I get a failure notification asking if I have an account already. Don’t know why I’d need 3 different emails with 3 different accounts so I know I don’t. Not to mention the loading time for the app to start up. Might as well get up and change it yourself because your gonna be waiting a good minute to load in. But I’ve never got to use the app so maybe that changes if your allowed to make an account who knows.
