I tried searching for banks, ATMs and currency exchange and nothing came up. The interactive map isn’t very useful either. Booking system is good but as other users are pointing out, once you’ve booked, it’s an epic fail. Refuses to show your booking in the app, will only display an error leaving this next to useless. Also epic fail for having no feedback/contact feature so having to do this here, hoping someone watches and realises it needs fixing. ### 1/5 — history can’t be located *2024-07-18, version 3.2.1* Useless app. When you go to history to open for instance a fast track security booking it’s shows the history but when you click on the link for that booking it’s says can’t be located . ### 1/5 — Rubbish app *2024-05-21, version 3.2.1* The app freezes at a picture of the front of the airport and does nothing else! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Extremely useful & easy for passengers to navigate also! *2025-06-17, version 3.4.2* I found this app extremely useful & easy to navigate however it did lack that impersonal skills set that the staff possess and work incredibly hard especially when what’s arranged suddenly changes and the security and calmness in chaotic situations including drunk passengers when there is children around disgruntled and frustrated people due to unforeseen consequences.
