In the digital world where apple pay has been the easiest payment option available , the least i can expect is the option to save card details. ### 3/5 — Online Booking *2025-07-02, version 108.41* When booking I saw an 'error message' saying please correct highlighted field but nothing was highlighted! The system would not accept the apostrophe in my name but this was not clear. Really disappointing that fees for centre are increasing but amenities are being withdrawn. I just reinstated my membership today. Link to developer support takes me to another useless Glasgow Life general page full of pictures of happy people from stock libraries exercising instead of out of shape Glaswegians. Crapware ### 1/5 — This App is the worst ever! *2023-12-01, version 107.8* You need a better App or payment system, 5 x I tried to pay tennis, same issues every week. It's incredibly helpful that it allows users to book activities up to eight days in advance. A lot of the classes and sessions get busy quickly, so planning ahead for your week's activities using this app is definitely worth it to guarantee a space!" I’ve recently joined my son up to Fitclub (he’s 12) but he is unable to download and use the app. I think this is because we have put parental controls on his phone - as many parents do. A default part of parental controls is they stop children from downloading apps that have an age rating older than the child’s age. I think due to the Glasgow Club app having a 17+ age rating this is blocking him. The staff are really looking after the whole area with everything exceptionally clean. Well done everyone ! When I go to accounts it says I haven’t logged in. It doesn’t say where to log in? I went to the website and looked for instructions & there are none about how to login. After fiddling around a lot I could find the login page. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s enough to put one off technology! After clicking on something it aloud me to login… so phew, I’m all connected up. Once logged in it works well. I am revising my stars because, after sending emails about my difficulties.
