## What is GlassDesk?

GlassDesk puts your support desk in your pocket. Manage customer tickets, handle live chat, and message your team, all from one fast, focused app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Tickets
View, filter, reply, and set status, priority, assignee, and watchers. Stay on top of your queue from anywhere.

Live chat
Answer website visitors in real time. Claim a chat so your teammates know it is handled, and see typing indicators as the conversation happens.

Team messaging
Direct messages and channels keep your whole team in sync, so you can stop juggling separate chat tools.

Media
Send and view images inline, and open ticket attachments right in the app.

Presence and notifications
See who is online and who is replying, and get push notifications the moment a customer or teammate needs you.

Secure sign-in
Two-factor email verification protects logins from a new device.

GlassDesk is a companion to the GlassDesk web platform. An active GlassDesk account, provided by your organization, is required to sign in.
