The information isn’t relevant and it is frustrating have to fight to navigate the app traditionally. It is a growing company with a strong team environment. From the founder and CEO to the inspectors, general manager, mechanical engineers, technicians, and other employees, everyone works together as a team. There is a strong level of respect among employees, and everyone understands their responsibilities. To me, Phiston feels like a great community, not just a workplace. The company also supports its employees by providing tools, PPE, work boots, and other necessary equipment. They even provide lunch several times a week, depending on the branch and location. My experience with Phiston Technology has been very positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a professional company with teamwork, respect, and opportunities to grow. I have also worked with CBRE, which is a good company as well, but Phiston Technology has been one of the best work experiences I have had. ### 1/5 — Limited , communication after applying *2026-08-29, version 13.10.0* I’ve applied to several job openings that appeared to be available, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or meaningful follow-up regarding my applications.
