Once you log into, indeed there’s no option to link it to Glassdoor, instead you’re just sitting there navigating indeed websites through the Glassdoor app. Once you close the tied website, you would think that it would prompt you to link it to Glassdoor but instead you just sit there looking at the “sign into indeed” button. It is a growing company with a strong team environment. From the founder and CEO to the inspectors, general manager, mechanical engineers, technicians, and other employees, everyone works together as a team. There is a strong level of respect among employees, and everyone understands their responsibilities. To me, Phiston feels like a great community, not just a workplace. The company also supports its employees by providing tools, PPE, work boots, and other necessary equipment. They even provide lunch several times a week, depending on the branch and location. My experience with Phiston Technology has been very positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a professional company with teamwork, respect, and opportunities to grow.
