## What is Glasswing?

Whenever you choose, Glasswing provides meaningful statements and reflections designed to encourage self-awareness, self-compassion, healthier relationships, gratitude, resilience, and personal growth without pressure or judgment.

Choose some or all of the following features to personalize this app to meet your needs:

• Hundreds of reflections, affirmations, journal prompts and informational statements created and regularly updated by a licensed Psychologist.

• Organize reflections by categories that matter most to you, save your favorites, hide your least favorites,  and/or create your own. 

• Home Screen widgets (Premium) allows you to keep affirmations, reflections, and coping tools just a glance away.

• Choose how often new statements appear (Once daily, when you open the app, regular intervals throughout the day, or at custom times of day chosen by you [Premium]). 

• Each statement also has an optional journal prompt for further reflection, with the choice to write and save journal entries for each. Journal entries are saved on your device only and can be password or Face ID protected.  

• Easily track and log your mood whenever you wish, in connection with statements or with your day in general. 

• Create and add your own custom reflection statements and/or journal entries.

• Customize appearance colors and fonts for the app and for the widget.

• See personalized insights based on your favorites, mood tracking, and journals to help you notice patterns in your reflection journey (Premium).

• Enjoy the "Looking back" feature, which reminds you of meaningful reflections and journal entries at thoughtful moments (Premium).
