I’ve been waiting for weeks to get a Dream River. It hangs and doesn’t recognize me as a member even when signed in. Given how much money I’ve spent there, I’m surprised the “Color Club” doesn’t recognize me as a member, even though I am a member. I am thoroughly disappointed in the selection that was sent to me as “exotic.” The pair of glassbabies are nearly identical and are stripped not exotic, although they are listed that way. I have tried in numerous ways to return these and even purchase a more expensive glassbabies. The response I get is only that the sale is final. One arrived in great shape, the second has left a sour taste in my mouth. There is a large air bubble in the clear portion of the glass that casts an unsightly shadow on the colored portion. When I reached out about exchanging for one that is not defective, I was told I would need to pay to ship it back to them as well as pay $13 return shipping. The quality of the piece I received used to only be acceptable for the seconds sale, but apparently those ordering online receive the joys of paying full price while receiving the reject inventory. No two are exactly alike,(what makes each votive unique, and yours, yet when picking a named style,similar to stay true to its name.) The talent of each glassblower is mind exploding. When asked what I love about GB,(glassybaby,) the term I use is “artistic eye candy.” Absolutely Gorgeous. Each has its own personality, and when lit, ever changing. The people at GB have the kindest hearts, and they care about others. I love that each sale dedicates a percentage towards philanthropy. The best is if you have a philanthropy that is center to your heart, the artists will dedicate time, and make a GB design that is specific to your group. A OOAK! Where all proceeds go to your heartfelt 5013C. A wonderful fundraising opportunity that is unique, and not like all the others. A true piece of art that speaks to your heart.
