### 1/5 — Purchased Insurance-now being ignored after paying

I thought Glazd App was easy to use. Purchasing renters insurance seemed stress free. I was wrong! Sadly, experienced a total loss of my home  from a fire. QBE, a insurance company they work with has done everything to avoid my claim. Going on 6 months of initiating my claim. Providing 85% proof of ownership & receipts to their request. Now just being ignored and no response from their end. I failed to do my homework and assumed Glazd had reputable insurance companies they worked with that had their customers back. Heed my advice, spend the money and use a reputable company. Stay away from third party insurance sales.  Very unfortunate!

I downloaded the app and created an account and after I did all that they said they don’t insure anyone in California. I wasted time and now I’m getting emails from them when they won’t even insure me.
