Also like the real life humans support, too. I’ll admit that I misunderstood what the app entails, as I am not in the market for a personal trainer or virtual coach. I am a fan of Sean Casey’s workout videos and recipes, and I would happily pay $10 a month or so for a slimmed down version of the app. Like if it just had recipes and pre recorded workout videos, with a way to log my own progress. The daily dashboard so user friendly and seeing your weekly averages is great especially those days your weight spikes up for no reason.
