## What is GleanNote?

Turn every page into searchable notes.

GleanNote is an offline-first reading companion for students, lifelong learners, and serious readers who want to capture highlights, organize their books, and actually remember what they read.

WHY GLEANNOTE
• Scan book pages with on-device OCR — region selection keeps captures clean
• Build a library of books, chapters, and notes that works with no connection
• Daily Digest resurfaces your highlights so key ideas stick (Premium)
• Talk to your book — ask questions answered from your own notes (Premium)
• Study with AI flashcards generated from your captures (AI Max)
• Cloud backup keeps your Premium library safe across devices

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Text recognition runs entirely on your device. Your page photos are never uploaded — only the notes you choose to keep are backed up.

PERFECT FOR
• Students working through textbooks
• Non-fiction readers who want lasting recall
• Note-takers tired of messy photos and lost highlights
• Anyone who wants an AI reading assistant grounded in their own library

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add a book to your library
2. Capture a page with OCR, or type a note
3. Review your Daily Digest and chat with your notes
4. Upgrade when you want digests, Talk-to-Book, backup, or flashcards
