## What is Gleiswürfeln?

Gleiswürfeln is a small app for spontaneous train journeys in Switzerland. Instead of planning yourself, you shake your phone — the app finds your nearest station, rolls a train connection from the current timetable and tells you how many stops to travel. Once you arrive, tap on the place name. You'll see a short description, a few key facts, protected village sites and nearby points of interest. If you fancy, you can collect all 26 Swiss cantons along the way.
