If you are strictly joining to consume the media, the information itself is high quality. The Bad (Website & Accessibility):The website design is incredibly poor and lacks reasonable accessibility. Navigating the platform is frustrating, unintuitive, and severely takes away from the overall subscription experience. It drastically needs a modern overhaul. The Ugly (Feedback Hypocrisy & Customer Support):The most disappointing part of this platform is the false sense of community. The creators frequently claim they want user feedback, suggestions, and community interaction. However, this is an illusion. Unless you are sending "gift packages" or bribes, your digital feedback, reaching out, and ideas are completely ignored. To make matters worse, actual customer service is a dead end. When you approach support with technical or platform difficulties, they do nothing more than uselessly point you back to the broken website without acknowledging any issue you communicate.
