After a few days I was kicked out and now the app doesn’t recognize my email and wants me to pay for membership again. That’s it, just the picture. ### 2/5 — Great Historical Content, But a Broken Community and Unhelpful Support *2026-07-31* The Good: The actual educational and historical content provided on "The Torch" is fantastic, informative, and deeply engaging. If you are strictly joining to consume the media, the information itself is high quality. The Bad (Website & Accessibility):The website design is incredibly poor and lacks reasonable accessibility. Navigating the platform is frustrating, unintuitive, and severely takes away from the overall subscription experience. It drastically needs a modern overhaul. The Ugly (Feedback Hypocrisy & Customer Support):The most disappointing part of this platform is the false sense of community. The creators frequently claim they want user feedback, suggestions, and community interaction. However, this is an illusion. Unless you are sending "gift packages" or bribes, your digital feedback, reaching out, and ideas are completely ignored. To make matters worse, actual customer service is a dead end. When you approach support with technical or platform difficulties, they do nothing more than uselessly point you back to the broken website without acknowledging any issue you communicate. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a subscription that preaches community connection, only to find out they don't actually care about user input unless it comes with a physical gift. ### 2/5 — Charged me for Torch membership- and have zero access *2026-03-08* This app needs A LOT of work. Half the time doesn’t work (it seems). But now I’ve been charged the yearly rate for Torch membership (which I authorized)….. except I have zero access to anything! I can see the little star next to my name, but I can’t do anything without being prompted to purchase ANOTHER Torch membership! Fix this or refund my money.
