Presenting the mobile enhancement to your self-guided tour experience at Glensheen! When you use the Glensheen app together with your smartphone, you get to choose how you enjoy the mansion’s General Admission spaces. Simply keep your phone in-hand as you tour, and a vibration will alert you when you enter an area that has fun facts and information. General Admission Tour: Glensheen’s app travels with you as you make your way through the Main Floor into show-stopping rooms, such as the Reception or Living Rooms, up onto the Second Floor where the women’s bedrooms are located, through the Servants’ Quarters, back to the Main Floor to see the popular spaces, such as the Breakfast Room, and finally to the Lower Level for additional family and servant locations. I enjoyed the side information and having the audio was wonderful! It’s nice to be able to wander on my own and not have to stay in a certain path.
