## What is Glide Premium Rides?

Glide is a private, 100% electric ride service in Paramaribo, Suriname. See your fixed fare before you book, follow your driver live, and pay by card in the car.

WHAT GLIDE IS
Glide connects you with a professional driver in a quiet, air-conditioned electric car. Request a ride in a few taps from anywhere in our Paramaribo service area.

FIXED FARES, KNOWN BEFORE YOU BOOK
Every fare is a $1.50 hailing fee plus $1.65 per kilometer, with a $5.00 minimum. The full amount is calculated on your route and shown before you confirm. The fare you book is the fare you pay.

100% ELECTRIC FLEET
Every Glide car is a fully electric GAC Aion UT: quiet, air-conditioned and comfortable for up to four passengers.

SALARIED, PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS
Glide drivers are salaried employees, not gig workers. They are vetted and trained by Glide and work fixed shifts. You see your driver's name, car and plate before pickup.

PAY BY CARD IN THE CAR
Pay with your card on the terminal in the car at the end of your ride. Your driver confirms the payment and your receipt appears in the app. Glide does not store your card details.

LIVE TRACKING AND ETA
- Follow your driver on the map as they approach
- See an up-to-date arrival time
- Get notified when your driver is on the way and has arrived

RATE YOUR RIDE
After each trip, rate your ride and leave feedback for our operations team. Ratings help us keep every ride to the same standard.

SERVICE AREA: PARAMARIBO ONLY
Glide operates only in Paramaribo, Suriname, subject to driver availability.
