The alarm doesn’t work!! You set it and it won’t go off. ### 1/5 — Doesnt work *2023-03-15* Wont pair. You will can set the alarm and turn it on and the alarm will never go off. ### 3/5 — Works just fine but only on one phone at a time *2022-04-07* Just bought the Glideaway 500 and immediately downloaded the app. Glad to say all of the functionality on the app works perfectly (modes, light, going up & down). My main reason for the 3 star rating is that the Bluetooth will not recognize the base if it’s already connected to another phone. If you want both people to be able to control the base via the app, then be aware of this limitation.
