Numerous attempts to get it to pair with my Glo Pro Power wireless mouthpiece fail, miserably, no matter what measures I’ve taken (such as deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting phone, turning Bluetooth on and off, etc.). Given how expensive the device is, you would think the app would actually work even just once. Unfortunately, whenever I open it, all I get is a blank white screen. I've tried deleted and downloading, closing and restarting phone, all to no avail. Help and support is nonexistent. Everytime I open it it locks me out of my account and Face ID doesn’t work either. Something that should take 2 minutes ends up taking a whole hour just because of the log in. And it does not work with my Face ID. Today the app won’t work at all. All I get is a white screen. They think they are being compliant but miss days! If you want whitening to work, patient has to do their part. The app keeps them on track after investing in a product. I feel better recommending when I know there is a better way to get the best results! ### 5/5 — GLO professional Take Home teeth whitening *2024-03-04, version 4.1* This is genius! I went to my dentist for my cleaning and purchased my take-home kit. I absolutely love it. It reminds me when to whiten and brighten my smile. It's so easy to use. It's new and improved and it's OUTSTANDING! There is no other Dental company, besides GloScience that has this application to offer their patient's. Easy to pair your phone with Bluetooth on . I never even got to really use it because it comes with only two choices for your whitening schedule & it doesn’t allow you to customize it at all. I do not want to use it twice a day, only once. But no way to make that an option. Having an interactive app that would help remind me to use it & log my days of whitening was absolutely a feature that made me want to purchase this expensive upgraded system. With it now being basically useless, I’m very disappointed & feel cheated! It doesn’t actually control the mouthpiece. It’s basically a reminder to do the treatments every day. Just use the instructions to control the mouthpiece with the button on the power pack and you’re good to go. ### 2/5 — Loved the product, disappointed by the app. *2020-05-19, version 3.1.5* The product is great and works wonderfully, but the use of the app is essentially pointless. I connected my device using Bluetooth to the app which is supposed to monitor your days and routines, and set reminders for the next days you’re supposed to use the whitener. Every day I opened the app it acted like it was the first day I was utilizing the product and app. Unfortunately it tracked nothing and kept no data (all progress pictures would be missing, no record of precious whitening sessions , etc.) it’s possible to track on your own of course, I just wish I could have used the app to do so. ### 2/5 — Needs Debugged *2020-04-20, version 3.1.5* This app worked great for my first session of whitening. Since then, the app states that I have done all three steps for the day when I press begin on the first. It also does not record that I have done my whitening on previous days like it is supposed to.
