The app has recently changed. It horrible. Very hard to find classes. The old app style was great. I hope the change it soon, I’m afraid to might need to find one that is more user friendly. ### 3/5 — Can I restore the older version? *2026-08-31, version 7.46.18* I use GLO almost exclusively for Jason Crandall, I just really wish they hadn’t changed the app format. I had a bunch of JC’s classes saved and used to be able to filter them by duration, style etc. now they are loaded up in a queue instead of a saved section and I can’t search them, just scroll through til I find what I’m looking for. Recent changes have made this app less user friendly. Collections I have saved are no longer available & cannot be deleted from my saved classes. The home page no longer shows me a variety of suggested classes. I don’t know why they made the app less useable, but the classes are still good. Fix the app to make it more useable & I will go back to 5 stars. ### 4/5 — Great classes flawed app and site. *2026-08-07, version 7.46.15* I love having access to all the teachers and so many classes. However the site and app run very slow and they keep adding features no one asked for. I don’t need a queue. I have collections to do that. I was in the middle of a program, and now that program is unavailable. The collections stopped showing which classes you’ve completed about a year ago and it was never fixed. IMO the you should quit trying to make it fancier and should instead make it more functional. Classes super easy and lots of talking. ### 3/5 — What happened to live classes? *2026-05-17, version 7.46.6* Glo became my go-to for yoga classes during the pandemic; they have an extensive library of classes to suit a variety of styles and levels of practice. But recent,y the live classes changed to “your studio” which is just a library of pre-recorded classes with an algorithm that keeps offering you a narrower selection of choices and introduces you to nothing new. It’s a major downgrade and personally I think they should be charging less if they are removing a service. ### 3/5 — Expensive but decent *2026-04-22, version 7.46.1* As a Jason Crandell delivery app, Glo works great. I also love the wide range of practices available. What I don’t love is all the little bugs and UI/UX issues that never seem to get addressed. It’s also frustrating that 75% of the time when I reach out to customer support, I never receive any response. This app costs a small fortune compared to others, but I don’t feel like it delivers an equivalent level of quality in the way it functions. Still, if you use it enough it will be cheaper than going to a studio. ### 2/5 — Hot and cold *2026-04-08, version 7.45.5* I have had issues for years with casting videos, certain clips don’t cast. I’m glad they are finally attempting to provide newer material (I have the app for 1 teacher) but what really sucks is the preview has now been removed so I can’t see glimpses of the class anymore. Is that why I updated it like multiple times in one week? Bring back the previews please. ### 3/5 — Awesome instructors, bad algorithm *2026-03-23, version 7.45.3* Longtime Glo fan begging for an option to set preferences for what shows up as suggestions on my home page: A simple checklist based on my preferred form (yoga) and instructors (Jason, Alex, Qwame, Mark, Gustavo). I wouldn’t mind additional sections on the homepage of workout suggestions for “if you like X, try Y,“ or “balance out your practice with some strength work or meditation.” But please stop mixing in the stuff I never choose with the teachers in classes I come to Glo for. It just makes it annoying to find what I want. I won’t stop subscribing to Glo, because I love the teachers and the opportunity to deepen my practice. But I will keep dropping my rating until you address this problem. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Roku Constant Crashing *2026-08-23, version 7.46.16* I got this to do yoga on my TV and despite all attempts to restart, redownload, update, it crashes constantly. Also the interface on the glo app within Roku is so awful and difficult to navigate. ### 1/5 — Unethical - do not trust *2026-07-27, version 7.46.13* Despite not using this service since 2019 and acknowledging the fact that I’ve never used the app since then they have continued to charge me for a monthly subscription and refuse to even acknowledge this or even offer something back in Goodwill. when you sign up to these guys, just remember they will keep taking your money and will not return it. ### 1/5 — 8 years on this app *2026-07-07, version 7.46.11* The UI gets worse and worse. I love Glo! I’ve used it 90 precent of my mornings from January to today and the interface has changed a couple of times in the last few months and I’m ngl its making using the app harder than it is easier! I liked the way the way options for search were laid out before (clear, nice to look at, bubble categories) the list now is just more visually cluttered. I liked having more options to pick from when I opened the app, not just the one. I’m still going to use this app because I love it so much but I want to return to the old way the app worked 😭 ### 1/5 — Single recommendation screen is not usable *2026-06-17, version 7.46.10* Long term paid subscriber here. The newly updated start page that gives me a single recommendation is not usable. I actively liked seeing what was new and trending as well as multiple recommendations. There did not appear to be a way to reconfigure my start screen the way it was. Poor customer service. ### 1/5 — Classes good, deceptive renewal practices *2026-05-31, version 7.46.8* The app and yoga classes itself are very very good. HOWEVER. Beware that this company will not notify you of annual renewal (which is $245 as of this review) and that the website is incredibly deceptive - you can't actually cancel from the website, you have to reach out to support to get them to cancel your subscription. They do not give any straightforward way to cancel your subscription via app OR website. Look somewhere else if you want a business that doesn't engage in deceptive business practices. ### 1/5 — Ridiculously Expensive and Disappointing *2026-03-14, version 7.45.1* I cannot believe how much the subscription price of this app costs for what you get. I’ve been a faithful FWFG subscriber for several years, and I thought I would try something different. Boy do I regret that choice. This brand of “yoga” is almost exclusively focused on the fitness part. The teachers offer very few prompts, and the classes offer little growth opportunity. I’ve used this app less than 10 times, and I subscribed back in January. I would honestly rather use YouTube than this app - even after paying for it. I tried requesting a refund back in January, just after the free trial, and I was refused. Never again. I can’t finish the BEGINNING videos because it cuts me off less than 2 minutes into them and throws me onto the subscription page- repeatedly. I tried to contact someone rather than place this review here, but was unsuccessful at any other avenue. Can someone do something or should I just ask for a refund for an app that refuses to work? I’d prefer an app experience that is pleasant than get my $$ back. Someone PLEASE HELP. PS. What’s up with the new update though? I can no longer see my saved teachers or scheduled classes, which is a real bummer. This morning there was a new update, which I added music to one of my favorite classes.Not sure if you’re doing that with all classes, but I’m not loving it. in fact, it interrupted my ability to stay present in my body. It’s distracting. And everyone has different musical tastes, so I think it’s better to let people choose to play their own music while doing yoga, if they want that. At the very least, could you make it possible for subscribers to silence the music without silencing the teacher. Peloton has a way of doing that on the volume controls. You can select more music or more instructor.Check it out and see if that’s possible.
