My pictures got deleted multiple times, just randomly wouldnt get photoshopped, and half the time the photos wouldnt be uploaded to my website like they shouldve been. Called and emailed our rep and didnt hear anything for 5+ days, then when i finally cancel they want to try to fix the issues. There are, however, a few changes I’d like to see before moving to a paid version. 1. I’d like to see a product photo appear under the link when sharing to social media. 2. I’d prefer if the ‘powered by’ icon were a bit smaller. It’s a little too large and overpowering. 3. When adding in a 360 interior photo for a vehicle, it seemed to increase the zoom from my original photo. I’d love an edit function for added 360 photos as well. 4. I’d like to see white label links added to the ‘Pro’ version 5. I would feel more comfortable purchasing if there were a month to month pay option rather than yearly. I will definitely keep this app and be looking out for upgrades. ### 4/5 — Solid app, great support *2025-05-15* We use this for our dealership to improve the photos. Works as advertised once you get the hang of things. Great customer service as well. ### 4/5 — Trial period *2023-05-05* Be aware that the free trial period comes with 10 credits, and each saved trial will cost you 2 credits. So don’t waste your credits trying various backgrounds or methods. (I blew 4 credits, without this being defined) 10 additional credits (5 saved videos) will cost you $50. Does it work ? After 2 attempts, it appears to provide a decent 360° bi-directional rotating video of your object or vehicle. The app will tell you that the ‘Automotive’ option is not included, but the ‘Other Objects’ option will permit any size ‘object’, even a vehicle. It just won’t let you add points of interest or interior shots. I would suggest the ‘Walk Around’ as your first attempt. If you have a gimbal - use it, as the final product will be a bit bumpy if you’re walking around a vehicle size object. You can choose the no background and it will delete the background.
