Support has not been any help. *2024-07-14* App has never let me log in. I am a paying US Mobile customer, but each time I attempt to log in with my credentials, I see an error message : Two-factor authentication Sorry, unable to send the code due to a technical error. Please try again or contact support if the issue persists.” I’ve reached out to Support, but they simply told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I’ve done this. Nothing works. This error has been persisting for days. I’ve cleared my cache, rebooted my device, etc. I guess I’ll use another service. Email verification failed ### 2/5 — Shorter period needed *2023-08-29* I used to use US Mobile and I loved it, so when they came out with the Global plan, I was excited, until I saw that most of the plans are annual plans that are pricey. I really wish they came out with shorter periods with cheaper plan (like 3 months plans instead of 12 months plan.) ### 5/5 — $20 for 10GB in all EU - account creation confusing *2023-07-08* Seems to work fine and it's half the cost of other eSIMs. The only issue was after I created an account and had to go to my email program to verify my email . Clicking on the veirfy link I was sent to the website where I was utterly confused as to what to do next.
